We offer a 14 Day, no-risk money-back guarantee on eligible orders. If for any reason you're not happy with your artwork, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To qualify for a return:
Condition of the Artwork: | The artwork must be in the same condition as when it was received and in appropriate packaging (preferably its original packaging). |

Damaged Items:
We understand that damages can sometimes happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, we offer complimentary exchanges. To initiate an exchange for a damaged item, please:
- Contact us with your order number at service@pinkgirlaa.com.
- Provide a photo of the damaged artwork and the outer packaging.
- Let us handle the courier: We'll liaise with the courier company and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you within a few days.
Return Shipping Fees:
- If the return is due to customer preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact amount will depend on the shipping carrier you choose.
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping fees.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at service@pinkgirlaa.com within 14 days of receiving your artwork to request a return or exchange.
- Return Process: You have 14 days from receiving the artwork to request a return, and 14 days from the request to send it back.
- For Damaged Artworks: If the artwork is damaged, please include a photo of the damage and packaging to help us understand what went wrong during the shipment. If the packaging was inadequate, please ensure the return packaging is secure and take photos for insurance purposes.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned items:
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned artwork.
